High School stream

A conference experience designed by High School students for High School students.

With brilliant Guest Speakers: Secretary General of the International Award (D of E) and former Vice-Chairman of the World Scout Committee, John May, OBE, the CEO of D.C United, Co-Owner of Swansea City F.C. and the Brisbane Bullets basketball club and speechwriter for the Keynote speech at the 2000 Democratic National Convention, Jason Levien

Enabled by powerful business-grade GSuite and Video Conferencing technology built in partnership with Google to make DigiMUN a seamless, interactive event with inter-delegate chat features, collaborative document sharing and interactive debate!

We have focused on not just replicating a physical conference experience, but looking at how we can use the digital format to provide features and experiences not possible at physical conferences. For example, it will be a truly global event with people logging in from across the world, it is more accessible as no travel is needed and we can have guest speakers speak from different continents!

Committee sizes of approx 40-50 students to facilitate the dynamic discussion of many perspectives and create an active, collaborative and social atmosphere. This will also make DigiMUN as accessible as possible by opening up MUN to larger numbers of delegates.
In beginner committees a more relaxed environment where you can learn the basics of MUN in a context less stressful than a physical conference with a stage!

High School-only social events so you can engage in activities and socialise with those you have been debating with and those in other committees!

If you know of others that would be interested - share the website and social media, let us know and you may be eligible for the DigiMUN ambassador programme!
